Hi Patrick.

It sounds like you are trying to set up your work e-mail on the Cliq, is that right? You have to ensure that your work uses Outlook Web Access (OWA) in order for your mail to come over. If your work doesn't have OWA, it won't work. Here is Motorola's brief explanation on how to set up corporate e-mail accounts: http://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37863/kw/setting%20up%20e-mail%20with%20Outlook/p/30%2C6720%2C6721/access_id/37%2C1/r_id/138858 They recommend contacting your work's IS department for further help.

I found this link on the CLIQ owners forum boards - it shows comments from others who have had trouble syncing their corporate accounts with their Cliq: https://supportforums.motorola.com/message/123046#123046

If you're just trying to to import your contacts from Outlook, here's a good link: http://superuser.com/questions/103538/sync-contacts-on-outlook-2k7-with-android-2-0-via-usb

Hope this helps you!
