Perhaps you’ve seen the latest viral video going around the Internet about a company called Rehtom Inc., who was looking for a candidate to fill their position of Director of Operations.  They needed someone who would oversee the day-to-day success of all associates, who could track their development against assigned goals and expectations, process the high volume of projects, requests, complaints, special orders, etc, as well as work overtime each day, but especially on holidays.  Twenty one people applied for the job, but after hearing more details, thought the job was inhumane.

Motherhood is the toughest…and most rewarding job on earth.  Watching this  video reminds me how much my Mom did for me when I was young…and how I took her so for granted.  Yes, she wasn’t the perfect mom, but she loved me and was dedicated to help me do my best, just as I do for my children.
