Now That’s Soothing – A Lullaby Baby Speaker

by Melanie Hudson

As a new mom, I have learned that speakers to play lullabies are a super valuable tool in soothing baby and aiding in sleep.

The Lullabuddy baby speaker is the perfect device for playing lullabies and getting my 3-month old baby to calm down when she is fussy.

I was most impressed by the Lullabuddy baby speaker’s high sound quality. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a clear and crisp sound from such a small gadget but once I pressed the play button, I couldn’t believe the sound that was emerging from such a tiny speaker.

Standing at 2 inches tall and weighing less than half a pound, the Lullabuddy baby speaker’s small size makes the device perfect for travel or even just moving around the house.

Because the Lullabuddy baby speaker is rechargeable, I can take it with baby and I as we move from room to room throughout the day.

The baby speaker’s battery lasts up to 18 hours on a single charge and comes with two hours of preloaded lullabies.

While I can’t find any shortfalls with the product itself, the print in the users manual is super small. Fortunately enough though, the product and its features are pretty self-explanatory. I was able to figure out how to operate the Lullabuddy without referencing the manual.

The micro USB charging cord that is provided in the box is only one inch long. Unless you have a USB plug extremely close to the surface you keep your Lullabuddy on, it would be difficult to keep the device plugged in throughout the night unless using a different cord.

We have about a dozen longer micro USB cords in my home, so that’s not really an issue.

A Mom’s Perspective

Before use, I was skeptical about the Lullabuddy baby speaker. I wasn’t sure that such a small device could deliver high sound quality but my skepticism was proven incorrect as soon as I hit the play button.

This product is great so that I have a lullaby baby speaker to help my baby sleep when we are traveling and I don’t have to worry about lugging around a larger speaker.

Lullabuddy will easily fit into my purse, diaper bag, or suitcase without taking away space that is needed for other baby travel essentials.

I use the Lullabuddy baby speaker every night and am thankful for its baby soothing magic.
