Thank you for reading the WellConnectedMom.com and helping us to continue to grow. Thanks to your support and help in spreading the word, we are able to obtain press passes to attend shows such as Television 3.0 (went to is this week), the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January, and the Toy Fair! I have ALWAYS wanted to go to the Toy Fair in New York City! A dream come true!
In all of these shows, we’ll be updating the site and YouTube with the latest tech toys and gadgets. I also want to thank you for voting for me during the LosetheLaptop.com contest as well. Your votes counted and I won the $5,000 grand prize award! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I’m using those funds to pay for transportation costs to the shows. From my family to yours, have a wonderful Christmas Season and enjoy these precious times with your family.

Do you have a child who is studying American History? Or are you a history fanatic? How would you like a pocket-sized copy of our Constitution? The Heritage Foundation is offering a free copy on their website. Delivery will occur 3-4 weeks after you sign up for it. A little too late for Christmas, but hey, there’s always Easter baskets!
On the Sixth Day of Christmas…
If you’re looking for a way for your child to see vegetables in a new and fun way, the Veggie Tales is your answer! The popular Veggie Tales are stories about animated anamorphic vegetables that have good morals and often recreate bible stories in a humorous way. Now for a limited time, Amazon is giving away the Veggie Tales’ full music album entitled “The Veggie Tales Incredible Christmas Tree Album.” Many Christmas favorites are included.

If you haven’t experienced Google Earth before (another freebie from Google), this is a must have. Google Earth takes pictures of the Earth from satellite cameras and pieces them all together. You can find your house (even see your pool if you have one), Disneyland, the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids -whatever in the world you’re interested in. Note, if you decide to download Google Earth, Google packages along Google Chrome, which is an Internet browser, similar to Internet Explorer. The two Internet browsers can co-exist on your computer.
On the Tenth Day of Christmas…
Kleenex is giving you the chance to play Santa by allowing you to sign up a friend or family member to receive a cute limited edition Kleenex box. You don’t want your friends to get caught in the cold with a cold without their cute Kleenex box! After you sign up, you can track the giving progress. If your friend sends the same offer to another friend, you can see the giving trail online across America. A neat idea.
