I was thankful for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to keep my schedule color-coded and somewhat clear.
Sheryl Sandberg gave a brilliant talk on “What Would You Do if You Weren’t Afraid,” from her book, Lean In. Guy Kawasaki, famous speaker, author, and marketer of the Macintosh in ’84 with Elisa Camahort.
At the Disney Infinity Event, holding up my favorite little hero, Dash from the Incredibles. We had the opportunity to see numerous scenes from Disney’s upcoming game, Infinity in this fun setting.

Oh the fun! Mark Hill is a famous hair stylist in Brittian, he’s bringing his product over to the States through Walgreen’s. I loved the smell and performance of his shampoo and conditioner…and Mark Hill (left) and his stylists were great too!
Many people don’t know this about me, but for many years, I dreamed about working for the Pillsbury Dough Boy. I never did because I couldn’t fathom taking on the cold of Minneapolis for this Southern California girl, but it was still a dream to meet him in person on the BlogHer conference floor!
LazyBoy had quite the party at BlogHer with well-dressed gentlemen adorning custom suits made from actual fabrics used on their LazyBoy couches and chairs. It was a great party and I even found myself sipping a drink while reclining in one of their great lazy chairs!
Lastly, thanks to The Mom’s, I attended a Mamarazzi bash with a screening of the Smurfs and visits by them…in person? Or should I say, in Smurf? Complete with Build-A-Bear party favors, this was a bash to remember. I found Smurfs 2 to be very good, I was quite surprised for a sequel, and one I don’t mind at all watching again…this time with my kids!
There’s so much more I’d love to show you. Even still, some of what I experienced there you won’t see in pictures. BlogHer does a great job of pulling together women bloggers and speakers covering numerous topics. I felt inspired and rejuvenated, ready to take a look at WellConnectedMom.com and see what we can do to improve it. Watch for changes coming soon.
If you attended BlogHer, what was your favorite part?
Loved your photo recap of BlogHer, especially the photo of us with some other of our blogging friends at the Verizon TimeShift event.
Thanks, Janis. We did have a good time!
It was so good to see you!!
You too, Elena!
Looks like you had an awesome time! I wish I’d been there.

Hi Susan!
I saw your sister there, I had to take a double-take. In fact, I squeezed into one of her pics because I thought it was you at first! I’ll post it on twitter. Thanks, I’ll add our post to your linky.
I enjoyed way too many things to pick just one favorite part. The Disney party looks amazing.
Arnebya,
I agree, it’s hard to pick just one. The Disney party was cool, had a great vibe and such a fun game to play.
