We love this 5-gallon Shop-Vac. We used it inside our house to clean up Styrofoam (when my son and his friends had a “snowball” fight), to clean up the debris around our flowerbeds, and even clean leaves off our trampoline!
One of the things I really love this Shop-Vac for though, is for cleaning our outside furniture cushions. Clean up is a snap and I don’t even have to move the cushions, it’s so easy!
Pros:
- Is lightweight and has a handle to carry it easily
- Is stainless steel inside and out, will not rust
- Looks great, perfect for Dad’s garage
- Can be used as a wet vac for toddler spills or pool splashes
- Can be used as a blower to clear off debris off your porch or deck
- Can be used inside to pick up Cheerios, clean up under the couch, or between the cushions
- Great for car clean-ups
Cons:
- The power cord is short, you definitely need an extension to vacuum a garage, room, or outside deck
- The blower works well, but is not super powerful
- It can tip over easily if you do not have enough cord to pull it along as you vacuum
The Shop-Vac 5-gallon Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Vacuum can be purchased at Walmart stores in online at Walmart.com for $49.97.
A Mom’s Perspective
I love a gift that keeps on giving! Not only does the Shop-Vac 5-gallon Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Vacuum look great, but it can be used inside the garage, inside the house, and outside in the backyard.
With its 3-in-1 features – a vacuum, wet vac, and blower – it can be used in multiple places for multiple reasons. And I love that it’s small enough to easily transport it around the house. We keep it outside in one of our large outdoor storage containers so we can quickly clean-up before having people over.
And for you Californians, I discovered the blower works great for artificial grass too! Just blow off the debris and you have clean looking grass again! LOL!
