The HP 3700 is a compact printer, about as tall as your cell phone and won’t clog up your desk.  Don’t let it’s small size fool you, though!  This printer can hold 60 pieces of paper in the input tray and 25 in the output tray. Not only does it print quickly, it also does so quietly! <\/p>\n

Hold on though, that’s not the only way you can scan!  I have to submit receipts for reimbursement with my employer. Previously, it had always been a pain in the behind scanning the receipts and putting them into PDF form. <\/p>\n

Mobile Printing has Never Been Easier<\/span><\/h2>\n

Here is the part I started to geek out on.  Yes, you can still connect to the printer via the archaic printer cord, but now you can also connect through the app, WiFi Network, WiFi Direct, or remotely through an email address that is assigned to your printer! <\/p>\n

This week, I had an employee email me a form that needed to be printed out, signed, and returned.  I was able to forward the email with the attachment to my printer’s email address, fill out the form, take a picture of the signed document and create a PDF document all within a 5 minute time frame.  What a time saver!<\/p>\n
