It develops their motor skills, dexterity, and curiosity.&nbsp; &nbsp;It helps them to explore things and connect the dots between their actions and their results.&nbsp; It&#8217;s learning through play and something kids aren&#8217;t likely to stop very easily when it&#8217;s time to go.<\/p>\n<p>What about play for adults?&nbsp; Can you remember the last time you had so much fun doing something, that you didn&#8217;t want to stop, even though your schedule told you otherwise?&nbsp; Did you lose track of time?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Were you playing volleyball?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Singing karaoke?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Playing catch in the pool with your kids?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Playing Monopoly?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Creating a scrapbook?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Making something?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our work and kids&#8217; a free activity standing quite consciously outside &#8216;ordinary&#8217; life as being &#8216;not serious&#8217; but at<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>the same time absorbing the player intensely and utterly.
