Need help creating your New Year’s resolutions this year? Try the New Year’s resolution generator<\/a>. The team at Ground Floor Media shared their words<\/a>.<\/p>\n A friend of mine gave me this insight a number of years ago, but I recently became reacquainted with the idea by a devotional I read by Mike Ashcraft. <\/p>\n He has a book out on it and a website called MyOneWord.org<\/a>. Here are some words<\/a> some of his readers came up with.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Curious about my one word for 2019? Humility. I believe a focus on humility will decrease stress, provide a better connection with others, and help prioritize better.<\/p>\n I suggested my family members come up with words of their own. My daughter said her word is organization. My son said sleep. LOL. I suppose that’s an area we could all do better on!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How about you?
