I loved the way it handles action-packed games and the graphics intensity is amazing. And truthfully, I LOVE the backlit keyboard ambient lighting, it makes the laptop fun and hip. It just screams cool.
And it not only looks good, but it also sounds fantastic.
The Legion Y730 utilizes Sound Radar from Dobly, when used with headphones, gives you to hear the enemy in role-playing games all around you, allowing for the precise location of every sound. You’ll feel more immersed in a three-dimensional space, Dolby Amos gives you the sense of feeling the sound around you.
No worries about hearing a loud noise from a fan to power the processor.

I plugged the Legion Y730 into my 32″ TV using the HDMI cord, selected the correct input, and instantly duplicated my laptop to the TV.
I like to do this to project my notes or spreadsheet to a larger screen so everyone at the meeting can see my notes as we discuss various points.
My son did the same thing when he worked on his Odyssey of the Mind script with his team.
Everyone could “be on the same page,” as he took notes and made adjustments. It makes a personal laptop a sharable space so a wider audience can see his work.
Streaming
The Legion Y730 gaming laptop is a natural for streaming media from YouTube, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime, and other video on demand sources.
With its 16 GB of RAM, NVIDIA graphics card, and powerful 8th Gen Intel® Core™ mobile processor, you get uninterrupted streaming (as long as you have fast Internet!).
Movies look great on this gaming laptop due to its vivid Full HD display. Its 15.9″ screen is great for one person, but you can use an HDMI cord to duplicate the screen on your TV for the whole family to watch.
Of course, you can use the Legion Y730 for regular stuff too like writing emails, surfing the Internet, listening to music, catching up on social media, etc.
