Scoring Birthday Freebies on Your Birthday

Birthday Freebies

Back in 2010, we published an article on Christmas and Birthday Freebies.  As I was doing the research for the article, I ended up signing up for a bunch of them so the following year I could score my own Birthday Freebies.

It’s now 8 years later and I have definitely benefited from signing up for Birthday Freebies.  Last week was my birthday, and although I didn’t check all of my food and dessert/beverage apps, I may have benefited even more so from additional freebies or coupons than just the ones I received from email.

I know this because when I went to Starbucks on my birthday last week to pick up my daughter and her friend, her friend mentioned I should check my app for a free Starbuck’s beverage or treat.  To my surprise, she was right!  Right away I ordered a frappucino (Venti-sized) to share with my son.  Score!

Here is a list of Birthday Freebies you can score from too after signing up for their rewards programs…

It was a lot of fun receiving a good number of birthday offers leading up to my birthday.  I appreciate the companies that give me a 2-week or month lead time to redeem their offers.

Search out your favorite restaurants online and see if they offer birthday deals as well.  Often times, all you need to do is sign up for their rewards program and an email will come at your birthday, even if they didn’t mention it when you signed up.

As a suggestion, I recommend that you sign up for your favorite places with your actual birthday and for the others, use your half-birthday for a mid-birthday year treat or two…or three…etc.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
